A long line of Labor ministers vented their frustrations this week over yet another defeat in the Senate.
They blamed the Opposition, branding them economic vandals. But what else did they expect?
The Government's challenge is to find a way through and on this front Rudd Labor is not as effective, or perhaps as industrious, as governments' past. More











If Rudd has the numbers, then he can force his policy through. If he doesn't have the numbers, then he can change his policy to gain support. Or he can go to the next election, and try to explain to the public why he didn't do either of the above.
